Relaxation

I listened to the Audio on Relaxation and it really didn't work for me. Though, he gave directions on how to relax. It's kind of hard to relax when there is a lot on the mind. So, in order to relax first I have to try and erase the task of the present day from my mind, find a peaceful, quiet area with no noise, and relax. Usually the most relaxing time is while sleeping.

  1. I had the same problem as you, trying to find a quiet place with no distractions. We finally finished our bedroom, so our old bedroom is now the "spare" room. Basically, there's a bed for company and all my exercise equipment. When I am in that room and the door is closed, it doesn't open from the outside unless there is an emergency. I do agree with you that the most relaxing time is while sleeping.

  2. Sandra,

It is one of the hardest things to try to just empty our minds and focus on the moment if it was easier we could all use these tools and create a wealth of wellness. We spend every waking moment letting our minds spin out of control something that we have even perfected by calling it multi-tasking and since the only time we do not do this is in sleep and even that has become problematic for some.
